LIBERTY HOME GUARD SUCKS

when you search them you will see they claim they are the ones who promises more. That's it-they promise but don't deliver. When you call their outgoing message says the rate #1 on U.S. NEWS AND WORLD REPORTS. But not really anyone who matters.
We recently had 2 claims at the same time-Air Conditioning and dishwasher. The AC tech of their choice came out and reported the failure was due to rust and corrosion so Liberty refused the claim, stating they do not cover rust and corrosion, which is one item on the extensive list of exclusions. So we had to pay $8,000 to repair. This is on top of the $3,000+ we paid for the warranty. Their repair tech could not repair the dishwasher so they proposed an appliance of their choice. The problem with that is it would not fit in the counter space. Furthermore, it seems although they will replace an appliance with one of THEIR CHOOSING, they will not pay for the installation and haul away of the old appliance-so the customer must pay for these things. Now the claims manager wanted to play let's make a deal and required me to pull down the BBB review I had leaved and give them a 5 star review in order to get our dishwasher claim resolved. I did pull down the BBB review and changed their claim to a 3 star review. When he asked why not a 5 star? I told him he would have to do much better-I want you to reimburse us the $8,000 for the AC claim. He refused.
