Ardor energy are one and the same scammers. They promise people windows and doors just so to get the wall insulation done - once done they will not respond to any corresepondence and they even block your number.

These con-artists don't have the interest of homeowners at heart they are out to line their back pockets.

Don't let them or their sales people into your houses.

These people shamelessly lied to me about receiving a government grant that would pay for new doors and windows. This was on the condition that I got my walls insulated by them. In the end, the walls were insulated by poor quality labourers who caused damage and didn't complete the job.

Calls to this company went unanswered and when I finally did speak to someone, they told me that I had been misinformed. Dodgy, shifty, unscrupulous, scammers, these guys are artists at conning.

Came and insulated walls inside and have not replaced dado rail as they said they could not get a match no beading done between skirting board and laminate floor they took out and did not replace, numerous lies been told and unable to contact these people as they don't answer phone, as for Windows and doors have been saying company will come out to measure up 2-3weeks which has been that now and heard nothing, not heard anything about solar panels of which I have according to them been granted the grant for all work to be done. Just can't get connection with them. Makes me think WHY????? Did council contract these people to do the grants

TERRIBLE COMPANY after 2 weeks still work needs to be done rubbish piled up outside for 2 weeks get nowhere with them. Emails sent pictures nothing done.
I was told no dust, my home is ruined PLASTER DUST EVERYWHERE NOTHING COVERED UP I’m elderly with carers calling who have to clamber over rubbish to get in. They’ve thrown out my blinds curtain rails trims to solid floor they’ve even called at 9pm.

I had My installation fitted by kasim and Martin, very too polite and professional men, explained in detail how and what they was doing, they also completed it all in just one days work, I highly recommend them such a good team. I will be referring my family and friends for sure.. thanks guys

Totally agree with most other negative reviewers. They did answer phone when I rang but gave a different excuse each time for not contacting me re. any of the promised further work once the interior insulation was done, ie underfloor insulation, replacement boiler, solar panels. I'm not holding my breath!!

Terrible company, scammers . Was told I COULD GET SOLAR PANELS, WINDOWS, DOORS, BOILER, BUT HAD TO HAVE INSIDE INSULATION FIRST. 2 people turned up could not speak English barged in the house I asked how they were going about the insulation, got a blank stare one made a phone call in his own language then they both went outside a met 4 more people car turned up with 1 pack of what looked like loft insulation and plastic piping, they took it across the road to a van which had turned up then brought it back under my window, 6 of them knocked at my door, no proof of who they were, just looked like illegals, told them to get the boss to phone me as I did not want them in my house, they had no proof of where they were working from, man banged on my door saying what’s your problem dearie, lots of un answered phone calls to the company, only answered when I withheld my number, cctv footage from 4 neighbours of what they were like, company unhelpful, No positive answers from the company, the matter has been reported to trading standards.

SCAM. At first the job was carried out to a good standard when qasim was there. However damage was done to one of the carpets and no compensation or cleaning was offered. Qasim let me down when he didnt show up to fit in a vent that they boarded up. The plastering has massive gaps in most rooms. Very poor and if you are getting cavity insulation for a window grant dont bother because it's a scam.

Amazing team, very friendly and approachable. Nothing is too big for them and very accomodating to other small requests you have. Qasim seems very experienced and I had no problem trusting him with the work. He didn't let me down. Don't know about the other teams but I would definitely recommend this team to everybody.

So I was abit vary going ahead with getting work done by Home Heat care at the start as a family friend had a very bad experience, they left the house in right a mess but then as I really needed this work getting carried out I took the step to go ahead and I am so glad I did as the guys who came to carry the work out kasim and martin did an amazing job, they work carried out was mess free and above my expectations. I would highly recommend these guys to my family and friends, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing! They did insulation in my mums house and she was so happy with the service and just the things the guys did like vacuuming up afterwards and closing her door on way out. My ma is elderly and this little gesture meant a lot to her.

***BEWARE SCAMMERS**** Homeheat care biggest con artists. Do not let there so called surveyors in your house. Do not give them any paperwork and do not sign up to them. They came to my house guranteed me that you will get all house windows and doors replaced with new ones. They said you have to qualify for it first by doing a 2 wall insulations. They fitted the wall insulation and i called them the next day and now they saying the green grant for windows and doors is finished and they cant do it anymore. What i dont understand is if the windows and doors grant has finished im March 2021 then why are they still signing people up and promissing windows and doors in September 2021. They need to be reported to training standards and the financial ombudsmen. Home heat care ltd is a registered company on companys house Arif Zaki as the owner same guy owns Ummah channel on sky tv. This company needs to be taken to task as they are misselling, lying and taking advantage of vunerable people so that they can for financial gains.

What a con charged 4I for a 400 pound job offered windows but said you need to insulate first then windows are available still waiting house in mess what a joke
