Whinney Hill, Durham

My daughter and her friends rented this house for the past year while at Durham, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. The property was clean, well maintained and exactly as described, making it a lovely home for them throughout the academic year.
The landlord was always approachable, friendly and quick to respond whenever there were any questions or minor maintenance issues. It was very reassuring as a parent to know that the students were well looked after and that any problems were dealt with promptly.
The whole tenancy was straightforward from start to finish, and the house was a safe, comfortable and welcoming place for them to live. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this landlord to other students or parents looking for reliable accommodation.
