*Disappointing online purchase Experience with HomeShop* Order No. 27769.
I'm extremely disappointed with my purchase from HomeShop, (*especially Savio* their technical person who called after 7 days delay), an online retailer claiming to sell refurbished solar products. What I received was a severely damaged, obsolete, and non-functional product with subpar packaging.
The after-sales support was equally unimpressive. Calls to their toll-free number were never registered, and follow-up calls were met with a curt response stating that the 7-day replacement period had expired.

Customer service is very bad. WhatsApp chats not responding. Reported a product issue. They promised the technical team will contact. But never happens.
Better go for other brands through Amazon or Filpcart.

Homehop Order never delivers , worst experience
Homehop Please don't order from this , they are fake, once order is placed they will share you some fake tracking ID and it always shows running late, after several calls they say it's lost and again provides new tracking ID. This is worst delivery services and customer service we ever had.
