I've really enjoyed my experience so far with Social Media Blueprint and Home Invest. They are very thorough in their training and they provide feedback and encouragement via the Slack app which I love!
Their follow up is great as well, ensuring you are staying connected and asking for ways they can assist. This is really so very important because as I embark on this new journey, it's helpful to know I'm not alone and I have coaches and the community genuinely interested in seeing me succeed. I love the mindset sharing too!

The only part so far that was a bit overwhelming for me were all the emails I received from the homework we were asked to do in the 3 day training. While this is an excellent idea, I began to receive a lot of messages from wholesalers primarily with deals and I don't know enough to know how to respond in a way that inspires trust or what to really look for or counter with. Ideally, I'd love for my first interactions with a potentially good contact to be excellent and timely. I believe a one on one, 30 minute call with my coach, once a week, for the first 4 weeks would be super helpful. This call can be to discuss what deals I may have, review them with my coach, receive one on one coaching on best practices. I think this could go a long way, especially for new students. That being said, I'm very excited about the upcoming Newbie Nook in the new year.

I have wholesaled a handful of deals and also joined a coaching program in the last 12 months. That coaching program focused on business mindset, strategies and agressive marketing techniques focused on expanding wholesaling. It was a great program, however was not the best fit for me. SMB is so thoughtfully laid out and put together in a way I was able to plug in and go without feeling overwhelmed or caught up in the technology and details. It is my pace. The people are really fantastic and I feel confident and empowered on finally building my portfolio with a blueprint on how to do it!

I have been with SLP for several months and it is now starting to come together. I'm looking forward to working the new Roadmap. They strategy is just what I have been looking for to move on from wholesaling.

Social Media Blueprint (SMB) training is a great way to learn how to market to investors and sellers alike. Highly recommended!

I asked for a refund the same way last year as well when I got sick. Was hit by a truck and they still took my from my credit card. Told me we will help you when you get better. We'll I haven't got better. I have had 2 strokes and can barely see.

I told you that I have been paid to Social Media Blueprint about $4,000 from I remember at that time I wrote a review. I did not receive any calls after second weeks that I entered to the program. They didn’t not bother to call or text me as what they are promised. They promised to follow up with until I find the first deal to pay $10,000 from this service. This is the mean key that I upset from them and I would like to cancel the service and ask for refund. I feel like I am alone with no help. Do you want to continue with the system with no one try to help you? Ask yourself how honor about your service you provide like this. You said there are a lot students that able to get a deal with your support? What about me? No support from anyone, how do you feel?

The diverse range and depth of the program and coaches is unmatched in the real estate education realm. The course SMB offers is complete and comprehensive, from deal structures to advertising strategies. The coaches (there were 7+ when I went through the program) are available daily and will answer your questions 1-on-1 or in a recorded video that you can access later.
My only point of contention is that it can be a lot for the brand new, needing to learn everything, investor (This was me). This person needs to be ready to work, learn, and have the time to put in every day. It can absolutely be done, but like anything, the work needs to be put in to make it successful. SMB gives you all the tools to succeed at the highest level, but it's up to you to use them.
That said, if you're already in the real estate business and need to kick your business in the a$$, look no further. The team at SMB is dialed in and will absolutely turn your business into a well oiled machine. I'm now a year removed from graduating from SMB and am beginning to use their strategies to build my business to the next level (hands off for me). I'd expect to be able to turn my business into something passive within the next year because of the principles I've learned from Nate and his team.
