SMB is an amazing training organization! I have been involved in RE and various trainings over the course of the last 15 years. After doing a 3 day training I chose to to continue with the Mastermind group. This group of people is hands down the most integrity rich, organized, and supportive group that I have experienced in Real Estate to date.

Social Media Blueprint has been my absolute "Go To" company for learning EVERYTHING about real estate investing, creative financing, valuating properties, creating deals and learning what I need to know in order to be a successful investor. They produce a never ending stream of amazing content and their coaches are amazing!!!!

I am new to the Field of Real Estate and trying to gather those important pieces that I don't even know to ask because due to the lack of knowledge in that field. As well as putting all the pieces and steps together in the correct order to make a followable plan to make things happen vs just constantly researching and never taking action. So far as I'm still enrolled and still in the learning phase while doing those actions in real-time. This course gives confidence and comfort knowing you have a team helping you, they are their to root you on but most importantly their to learn from others in the same or similar spot as you and a team to be able to ask any questions you may have along the way as well as to help you look things over.
