Terrible customer service. Believe all the negative reviews - they never follow through with what they promise on the customer service line. Over promise- under deliver should be their motto.

This is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I am stuck with a broken bed and Homekode have offered no solution.
I moved to Dubai two months ago and needed some furniture for my new flat, the beds on HomeKode looked great so I ordered a Japanese joinery bed, mattress and bedding. Firstly they tried to deliver the 3 items I had ordered on 3 separate days which was very inconvenient , the delivery teams phoned me 8 times and I phoned HomeKode 3 times asking for them to deliver the items all together, this was impossible and they continued to deliver the items separately. The bed frame was delivered last and was assembled upon delivery. I had not yet slept on the bed and the next day , upon returning to my apartment, I noticed the one of the joinery pieces around the back corner of the bed was broken off and half of the broken wooden piece had been taped into place, making the whole bed frame unstable.
I took photos and sent them to HomeKode WhatsApp immediately , and also phoned them and they asked me to wait for a response. It took 5 days for them to respond (on a Saturday night at 6pm) where I was told by a manager that the delivery men had not broken my bed and it must have been broken by other workmen in my apartment. I only had air conditioning cleaning take place in the 24 hours before I noticed the broken bed, and they have denied causing the damage. The manager got quite frustrated on the phone and explained that the assembly team had taken photos of the bed to prove it was not broken. I asked him to send me these photos. It took another 5 days and another 6 WhatsApp messages and phone calls to get the photos, which conveniently only shows the other side of the bed, and not the part with the broken joinery.
I have now had a broken bed for nearly two weeks, and they have not offered me a solution (replacement or replacement parts). I am so frustrated I am having to sleep on one side of the bed, I wish I had just gone to Ikea! I will never shop at the company again and have informed everyone at my office to ensure other people do not purchase from them and have to go through the same nightmare as me.

Service is very slow and unprofessional. A piece is missing from some chairs I ordered almost a month ago, and I still don't have the missing pieces. It's not the customer service team's fault. But I don't know why it takes so long to bring the piece that was missing from HomeKode in the first place.
