Xavier is a miracle worker. I couldn’t qualify for a conventional loan to refinance my investment property. 99% of lenders told me they couldn’t help me except a shady company that does business loans who tried to charge me an exorbitant amount of points. He found a rare lender that was able to beat the rate of the other lender and pull out cash. We closed the loan in less than 30 days. He is a super ethical and fair. He really saved me in an impossible situation! I would definitely work with him again.
