The experience dealing with Rachel has been truly amazing. From the first time we had a conversation (which was ill timed for me) nonetheless, she did not pressure me to discuss insurance, instead she was very empathetic, patient and gracious. Offered to send me an email and advised I could call back when it was more convenient. True to her word, I did receive the email with information. The follow on conversation was exactly the same, she answered my questions, provided clear information on the process et al. Even when I mentioned that I was inundated with marketing calls from other third parties that I did not request for, she apologised for the error and advised this would be looked into bur more significantly assured that I should not be getting any more marketing emails, yet another display of graciousness which is truly appreciated. Thank you Rachel, truly.
