Homeli Care has made it much easier to track what is happening across the day. I can see which visits are scheduled, whether carers have checked in, what has been completed, and where anything needs attention. It saves me from constantly chasing updates and gives me better control over the service. It would be great if Homeli could add more detailed alerts for missed or delayed check-ins, but overall, the visibility it gives us makes a real difference.
