Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Amazing website, leads you to believe you are buying an American product, but on arrival. 7 weeks after placing order, it arrives from China bent and damaged, aside from the fact the overall quality was poor, we foolishly paid £484 inc postage for this product but were sensible enough to pay on Credit Card. After contacting the company via Shop app they were unhelpful trying to get me to accept a replacement but we said no we want it collected and a full refund, to which they responded in broken English, if you want a refund you need to send it back to Pakistan, no address given, no shipping labels provided just return to Pakistan!!! Needless to say we raised a dispute with our Credit Card company and they have already closed the case and returned our money!!! DODGY DO NOT USE
