I ordered the Lattice Acrylic Pendant Lamp from HomeLights.nl and was pleasantly surprised that it arrived within just 7 working days.

Unfortunately, the package arrived visibly damaged, and the lamp's ring was bent during shipping. I contacted customer support and received a response almost immediately. Their team was very helpful and quickly arranged a replacement.

A brand-new lamp arrived within a few days, and everything was perfect. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and, most importantly, with the quality and design of the lamp itself.

Mistakes can happen during shipping, but what really matters is how a company handles them. In this case, HomeLights.nl exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

All good in the delivery and with the quality expected

We had a few issues assembling the lamp, but customer support helped us quickly. Afterwards, they even followed up with us to make sure everything was okay with the lamp. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the lamp and the service.

Do not order from this site, it's a complete scam. Ordered a light once which was fine and without incident. Made a larger purchase a second time and never got a confirmation email despite the money coming out of my account. A big tell tale is that there is no merchant phone number to contact at all, there is only a support email which was completely unresponsive while I was trying to chase down my order. I'm working with my bank to recover the lost funds, but please order elsewhere.

I purchased a chandelier from this company and I’m very satisfied with both the product and the customer service. I needed assistance several times, and each time the support team was extremely helpful and responded very quickly. Their professionalism and availability made the whole experience even better. Update. They sent me photos of new manufactured lamps and promissed to send them to me. They gave tracking number which is invalid after few weeks. Looks like a scam again...waiting for the respond because after half of a year still not resolved! Now thinking to approach KVK NL..

It is a Chinese company, not NL. Delivery was more then a month. Lamp does not look same, not brass, not colour I ordered. Wasted three month and problem not solved. Only option is to take 10% discount for cheap knockoff! I was deceived, please avoid this company!! Very unpleasant and expensive expierience..

Avoid at all costs.
It is a Chinese website, looks good on paper but when you get (if you get) what you order it is very cheap quality and not like the pictures.
We ordered 4 identical lamps, never received an email after payment with the order details, we only got one package with one lamp that looks pretty bad. Please avoid this scam!

I'm very satisfied with my lamp, it's exactly as pictured and as i imagined it to be. At first i thought I was missing a piece for the lamp and contacted customer support which very kindly helped me with several solutions. But I managed to find the missing piece before a new one was going to be sent when I followed the assembly instructions on the website rather than the one send with the lamp so it all resolved itself. Customer support was only happy on my behalf so I'd really recommend homelights
