I bought 3 Eloise lamps, all three are useless in Europe, as they are designed to work with 110-120V and require American bulbs . Terrible experience from the beginning. I received no confirmation when I bought them. After several messages, including on Messenger, three days later finally confirmation arrived. We kept the lamos but my husband had to replace all the wiring and bulb holders

I was sent the wrong lamp. Absolutely awful customer service, whereby I was told that it was the correct lamp and that perhaps the colour on the screen on the device I was using made it look different. I ordered a beige lamp and was sent one with a design. I was offered a partial refund to keep the lamp, which I had to had to accept as I was told the one I had originally ordered was no longer in stock. I definitely do not recommend this company and will not be ordering from them again.

I bought a lamp, but It didn't encountered my expectations. I wanted to send it back, but shipment's costs were very high. At the end they gave me a 40% discount and I will try to use the lamp for a Christmas gift.
They were great in managing my disappointment and finding a win-win solutions. When you buy pay attention to the material description.

The products are like the picture, very good quality. One glas was broken during transport but the customerservice was really fast at responding at emails and solved the issue fast and good!

Terrible quality. We ordered two lamp to hang from the ceiling. The first one looks good when not turn on, but due to the material used (metal) you do not get the look expected when looking at their pictures on the website. The light doesn’t go through, but at least it looks fine.
However, and I wish I could share the pictures, the second one we ordered (Danish Pendelleuchte Mit Multilayer Design HL38 - Größe : Dia 30 cm x H 16,5 cm- Farbe : Blautöne) for 90 euros, is terrible. The line fixing the multiple layer is not straight at all, you can tell it’s scattered in multiple piece and not as one, meaning that you can clearly see from many angles that it looks like glued together by a child (sadly it probably was as for sure this is Chinese product), you can’t attach the lamp to its hanging point because the dimensions are off, so it does not hold at all, expect if you try to make it balance yourself but the result is that the lamp fell on the floor many times just because of wind or movement near it. Don’t get attracted by the prices, you will just get scammed.

Faced some issues with sign up and first order, contacted them over mail, got reply in the same day and quickly resolved everything.

Finally found a lamp that I liked. Actually I love the design. Emails are answered immediately and friendly. I am super satisfied with my shopping experience and the quality of the lamps.

Beautiful mid-century appliques; I saw them in green, but I bought them also in white and dark beige. They are really perfect for my new home, also for the good price and the multiple discount.
Customer assistance was excellent in helping me with payment and delivery issues.
I look forward for buying other lamps for my new kitchen, dining room and bathrooms!
