💯 customer service all the way very polite helpful even went out of the way to give me a better product as the 1 I was after was not in stock I could not ask for more and on top of that managed to deliver in 4 days set my recliner chair up and made sure I was happy I am disabled and never been treated so good I was so impressed ould recommend them to everyone

All in all a perfect experience. Went along one Sunday to have a look in the showroom and was welcomed in, told there's no pushy sales and to take our time and ask any questions if needed. Take our time we did, we sat on a sofa for 45 minutes!!! No hassle. We carried on looking around at a few other showrooms then went back to HLO the following Sunday. It was different staff and again, welcomed in the same good manner. We sat on the same sofa for half an hour then called the sales guy over for a few questions, all answered. Not only did we chat sofas but football and travel too!! We ended up buying the Franco 4 seater, a 'Love' chair and a chair, as the grey fabric we chose was made to order (at the time they had the cream in stock) it was 5 weeks. Five weeks later it was in stock and given optional delivery dates, we were on holiday and it was no hassle for them to keep hold until we returned. Delivery was on time, the driver gave a courtesy call the night before and half an hour before they turned up. We'd just had the carpet cleaned so layed an old sheet down whilst they unpacked the sofa but we didn't need to, without asking the delivery guys had already brought some shoe covers!!! All in all 10/10

Our console table was delivered within 2 days excellent delivery 👏 there were a few more pieces than we could manage, but we got a local handyman to fit it together in about an hour and a bit. It looks really good and is very sturdy. Fantastic value for the price !

We were unsure about what we wanted and with a tricky layout we knew that finding the right sofa might not be easy. The team at Home Living Outlet were incredibly helpful. They talked us through our different options and allowed us to modify a design to suit our needs. Our sofa, armchair and foot rest were made to order to fit our space. Delivery was simple and they even helped us out moving our old sofas.

Great service choosing sofa which when delivered was very very comfy, so we ordered another one!! Easy to deal with and good service all round!!

Great experience from start to finish. Was not sure on which sofa to pick - had some good advice when I called which lead to the correct sofa being picked. Delivery was witin the time scale quoted - delivery guys were also great. highly recommend.

Sofa arrived, the lads were quick at unloading and unpacking. Could not fault this.
They forgot to unload the tv unit we had ordered too, (but we also forgot this) until they came back shortly after leaving with the unit. It was only then that we was told it was damaged (draw slider was broken) and thats why the price was reduced.
Wouldn’t have been a major problem, but we was never told this when initially buying said unit. We got told they were having a reshuffle of stock. So thought the sale price was to get rid for new stock.
