I ordered 4 items, cost over £250, only 3 arrived and took weeks to arrive.
Items ordered were not as expected.
I immediately contacted Homeloft and explained about the missing item and that I wanted to return the other 3.
The ‘seamless’ return procedure referred to on their website, was anything but! It was horrendous.
I sent dozens of emails and had to threaten legal action. They eventually provided the return address - USA, cost was over £48 by Fed Ex.
They clearly operate from US, not the UK, which is misleading from their website.
This was a very distressing experience, I would NOT recommend buying from this company.
As you can see from Homeloft’s response. It is generic and they haven’t addressed the issues raised. This reinforces my review!

An appalling experience. I received a faulty product and have been fobbed off at every attempt to return it or get a refund. I would not trust these people one bit! Do not buy anything from them!

Not sure how this company is still trading in the UK. I can only assume a large number of these reviews must be fake. I ordered a cooking pot worth £150 from them and they sent me a cheap alternative that is worth very little and offered me a 20% discount on my next order, as if I would order from them again. They are seemingly refusing to allow me to return the item so it seems like I'm going to have to report to trading standards and my bank. Steer clear

Item never arrived
Most of these reviews contrast completely with my experience. My item never arrived and customer service offered me a 20% discount then proceeded to ignore me.

Misleading pricing on website & very poor delivery
Incredibly poor pricing on the website - totals and discounts dont match at all and there is no final screen with what youve paid - this is incredibly misleading,
I was given a delivery date of between 2nd and 9th March, ive emaled for tracking to be told its not even being dispatched for another 3 days and i can expect it in the next 14

Good quality product, the escape ladder is for a 16th centaury house where the upper floor has limited escape routes, this product is perfect for the safety of the young family.
