Ordered 2 pyramid trays via wowcher in March. Redeemed the voucher and money taken from my account. Goods never arrived. Now July 26th and still no goods received despite several emails. I am now at the point of never using wowcher again and contacting the citizens advice as I hate being ripped off. Would never recommend this Company to any one. Be forewarned

Purchased a voucher via Living Social for a baby thermometer being sold via Home Lounge. I followed the instructions on the voucher and redeemed the cost and ordered the item. That was 6 weeks ago. Continued emails to Home Lounge result in no response. Living Social advise I need to deal with Home Lounge.
Wouldn't use this company again. Nothing arrived to date.
