Worst Experience with HomelyCraft4U

I am sharing my experience with HomelyCraft4U to warn others and help them make informed decisions.

Based on V Amazon Consultants LLC, I purchased $24,000 worth of inventory from HomelyCraft4U through a wire transfer for my Amazon FBA business. I was assured that the products were legitimate, compliant, and supported with proper documentation.

However, after submitting the inventory to Amazon, Amazon requested valid invoices for verification. The documentation provided by HomelyCraft4U was rejected under Amazon’s policies. As a result, the products were flagged as non-compliant and appeared to be counterfeit.

Because of this:

1. My inventory was held and later disposed of by Amazon
2. My seller account was suspended
3. I was unable to generate any sales
4. I suffered significant financial losses, including inventory costs, Amazon shipping fees, storage fees, disposal charges, and legal expenses, more than $32,000

Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, I did not receive adequate support or accountability from HomelyCraft4U. Communication was inconsistent, and my concerns were not properly addressed.

Public records indicate that the company was registered in 2024.

Due to this experience, I believe HomelyCraft4U failed to provide compliant products and reliable documentation, which directly led to serious financial harm and account suspension.

I have reported this matter to the appropriate authorities and am pursuing legal remedies.

I strongly advise anyone considering working with HomelyCraft4U to conduct thorough due diligence and proceed with extreme caution.

Homelycraft4u not responsive on counterfeit products claim from Amazon.

I am submitting a complaint against HomelyCraft4U for selling counterfeit merchandise and failing to provide valid documentation, which has caused significant financial damage to my business.

At the direction of a third-party service provider VAMAZONCONSULTANTS, I purchased approximately $13,000 worth of inventory from HomelyCraft4U for resale through Amazon FBA. The products included Diva Glamorous Wash, a branded product associated with Tyler Candle Company.

It took 2 months for them to deliver the merchandise to the third party (VAMAZONCONSULTANTS) warehouse.

After Amazon requested documentation to verify authenticity, the invoice provided by HomelyCraft4U was deemed unacceptable under Amazon’s verification policies. As a result:

1-My inventory has been held by Amazon.

2-My Amazon seller account was suspended.

3-I have suffered substantial financial loss.
I was unable to generate any sales prior to the suspension.

Based on the circumstances and Amazon’s rejection of the documentation, I believe the Diva Glamorous Wash supplied by HomelyCraft4U is counterfeit and not authentic Tyler Candle Company merchandise.

Furthermore, HomelyCraft4U has completely failed to respond to any of my emails requesting clarification, proper documentation, or resolution. Their lack of communication demonstrates a disregard for basic business responsibility and customer support.

The combination of supplying questionable products, failing to provide valid invoices, and refusing to respond to customers inquiries has resulted in serious financial harm and business disruption.

I am requesting a full investigation into HomelyCraft4U’s business practices and I am taking appropriate legal action to prevent further harm to other consumers and businesses.
