I ordered an obstetric TENS machine on the 28/9/24.
I received confirmation of order, however no postage confirmation.
I sent 2 emails on the 10/10/24 & 11/10/24 & received a response on 14/10/24 after leaving a dissatisfied review. I received an email stating that they had had a delay in their shipments & therefore gave me a refund.

Ordered over a week ago and still have not shipped!

Easy to order and arrived in timely manner. Well priced and perfect size for tens use on Bells Palsy. Happy to recommend.

i had developed an allergy to the glue on the std pads so thought the non allergenic pads i bought from you would work but the rash came back he first time i used them

My experience was fantastic hope to deal some more from these people

Items missing from order.
Had express delivery 1-2 days took a week to show up, can only be contacted via email and very slow to respond.
Have failed to acknowledge last email citing missing contents of order.

My order still hasn’t arrived and I paid express postage. Very disappointed.

The material of the pads is strong and no problem to stick to the skin

Fast delivery… good product good packaging… first i bought and then my friend use it to try… then she asked me to order one for her ..we very happy with product 😇🙏😉

The wires are not good the pins fall out of the pads I had to duct tape them to stay in .
I have ordered from another site very dissatisfied with this I would like a refund or a new set thanks

Have not received product. Took a week before I received notification they posted, however a week later and still not received (Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast).

Terrific service, but I was a little surprised that there was no labelling on the electrodes, in fact no written word at all about the contents. I did then look at the product and its description online, which is okay, but I’d still like some labelling in the parcel.

As for the purchase and shipping it was good. BUT the ability to actually communicate to someone is abysmal. No phone contact and poor email/web form.

Products are great but communication could be improved.

TENS replacement pads.

I ordered a week ago and still have not received it.

My item arrived quickly. My TENS machine works really well, it comes in a really nice bag with lots of additionals inside. Easy to use, and built strong. The pads stick really well.

The TENS pads work well for a great price. They did take a little longer but they were worth the wait!
