Poor communication and all about the commission
We had to postpone our appointment because of a family emergency. It's the little things for a pleasant professional communication. It can be 95% all about the money/commission and 5% pleasantries and manners. A mutual response to "Good morning, Have a great weekend, Thank you". The agent coarsely just said "ok" and "sounds good".
