So far customer service is good
So far customer service is good. We are just starting our process of looking for the right home. Not really happy with not being able to physically walk through the one we are interested in but the prices are good. Will do another review when and if we purchase through Home Nation.

Jeff was great at helping me with knowing how the design my homework the pricing Ball parking figures for me understood that I was not ready to purchase until later this year but was very honest and forward with me on how long the process would take so that I would reach being in my home at the time I wanted to be I will be contacting him later this year when we are ready

First person contacted me. The lady was going to send an email with the houses in my budget and pricing and options. I never got them. I was promised call back received nothing. Then a guy reached out to me and he was going to send him. Got nothing and now I'm not getting answers on emails
