Worth the wait.

Shipping to the US took a long time. However, it was worth the wait. I have had several bags from Millican over the years and over their transition as a company. They are still high quality and made from good materials. Nick the Messenger bags have been a great go-to, EDC bag for walking around and for cycling. It holds a lot, has good organization, robust materials, and look cool in all of the colors. (Yes, I have them all). Try them, you will like them.

My Smith the Roll Pack showed some…

My Smith the Roll Pack showed some unusual wear marks. I sent it over for repair under the life time warranty but then Millican disappeared from the earth for a bit.

But luckily they are back and with GREAT support. Received a replacement and use that every day since then. Best backpack I have ever owned.

Can only recommend this brand :)

Good Quality Products

I bought a Millican bag in 2022 and the pencil case was on special offer so I bought it this year, 2024 and this keeps bits and pieces together in the pocket of my bag. Like both, good quality and think they will last for a long time.

The customer service is great, they answer swiftly and helpfully. The process automation thou could use improving as the package was split into two parcels without notifying me.

I've used my first Millican backpack…

I've used my first Millican backpack daily for several years. At a certain point I couldn't order a new one! I'm happy that I have a new one now. Almost all other rugsacks feel like junk compared to these. No damage to the stichtching nor to the metal clasps after years of abuse. Very good quality

It is very disappointing that I had to…

It is very disappointing that I had to pay over $50 on top of the product's price, taxes, and shipping when you delivered the item to me. Living in Canada, my question is: if you can't manage to provide fair shipping and/or customs rates for your customers, why even claim that you ship the product to Canada? You should at least inform your customers that they will need to pay such an approximate price in the end. I will never shop here again.
