I am very impressed with my order. It all took a week including the weekend. I received updates on my shipment which I did not expect it to be accurate because it is an international shipment. To my surprise my shipment was tracked exactly as the tracking emails said! I would definitely order from them again. THANK YOU

paying for a book you did not have
good morning, when a product is advertised online your customer trusts that on purchasing this product the product is indeed available and will be delivered promptly. when I bought Michal yagir 's book at a rather expensive price I saw there was one book left. I promptly went ahead and bought it. to then receive an email saying this is out of stock and I need to wait for it to be back in stock is unacceptable. How long will this take?Meanwhile you have my money and for now I have no book. So the complaint is I bought a book which you did not have to sell....had I known this I would have bought it elsewhere. thank you.
