The book arrived in perfect condition…
The book arrived in perfect condition and when the Royal Mail and Parcel2Go said it would. It seemed to get stuck in Canadian? customs for 10 days but there were no additional charges (as often happens with books from the US), so the wait was OK!

The Books available are of latest version . Packed in excellent condition. Prices are good than Amazon if books are identical.
But sometimes they sell the books in poor condition too. Overall Top Notch Service.

Just for clarity, we offer two categories of books that are not in perfect, new condition.
Firstly new books that have been damaged in transit to us prior to sale. These are clearly marked on our website as "imperfect" and are reduced in price to reflect the damage.
Secondly we sell "pre-owned" books which have been donated to us so that we can find a second owner for them. The condition of these books is clearly described, ranging from "reasonable" to "like new". Sale proceeds from these pre-owned books are donated to various homeopathic charities each year.
We would be happy to refund any book from your order, subject to you returning it safely to us in the condition you received it.
We hope to be able to serve you again in the future, should the need arise.
