Great aftercare and communication

International order to the Netherlands. According to DHL items were delivered but never received anything (not fault of Homeperfekt). Great customer service from Homeperfekt team. Swift and friendly communication and after sending further details they send me a new item with no extra costs, which I think is unique (at least in The Netherlands). Item was quickly received. I would order here again and would recommend it to others without hesitation.
