i used the company again for a small removal. the lads were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. they were very friendly i will be keeping them for any removals i need definitely recommend

had to call homeremovals this morning as we was let down early this morning on our moving date we have used this service before for transportation of a american fridge so decided to let them help us move on our moving date they was fast efficent and even beat the price of the company what let us down the guys all had smiles on there faces all day and nothing was to much to ask for stewart loved all the cookies we gave him but by the end the lads had stepped in last min and did a cracking job

Was given a quote. 24 hours before my move the company claimed the person who gave me this quote was fired for lying and it doubled. When the two men arrived (I was told 3), they tripled my quote halfway through loading. They said they don’t know who I spoke to as they aren’t part of the same company (?!). When I refused and told them to unpack, they agreed to do it for the second quote I was given - but only after trying to intimidate me and be extremely rude. My furniture is broken and damaged. When I complained to via WhatsApp to the man I initially spoke to, he’d turned disappearing messages on so none of our correspondence agreeing price showed. Thankfully I screenshot them before. He then told me I was being sent to the police for racism. All in all criminal behaviour, 0/10, never use these con men.

I booked well in advance for my removal. Tommy the owner gave the job to another company the morning of the job without informing me. He told me he was sending his driver which was untrue. The company loaded my belongings and when it was time to deliver to my new location told me the price was 160 pounds more than the original agreed price. It was then Tommy admitted to not being the one responsible for my belongings, saying there is nothing he could do. They refused to deliver my belongings except I had the money in cash to pay. And 2 different men from Tommy and Stewart(the man who loaded my things) delivered my things in a van different from the initial loading van. One came to collect the money while the other offloaded some of my belongings. By the time I went outside, they had drove off the property, abandoning some of my belongings outside and not informing me. Two of my properties were also not delivered.
It was really a difficult moving day. I will be reporting this to consumer protection with all evidence and taking him to court.

Very good removal service i used them today and what a belter of a service would highly recommend this service the lads was happy kept me happy and never moaned once stepped in last minute and saved us from having a really poorly grim day jake enjoyed the cake we fed him all day and stewart loved all the cans of coke thanks lads

Used home removals Saturday after struggling with other company's to move they stepped in Tony was very helpful and the lads who turned up done an amazing job im already settled thanks to home removals and there hard work would recommend to anyone moving give home removals a call cheap reliable and they take really good care of all there customers

If I could give a minus I would. Booked this company through a reputable website. Gave full list of items needed removing. Day of whole house move, another company was sent out to move us. This guy immediately demanded £300 extra or was going to walk. I agreed as completion of my house was imminent. The company I booked with responded with “sorry can’t move you today” The gaffer they ran the whole debacle stood either on his phone or on the back of the truck, constantly ridiculing his 16yr old and 61yr old labourers. Treated them like rubbish. Was happy that I was being moved despite having money I didn’t have taken from me to do it! Offered drinks throughout, bought them bottles of water, sweets which were requested, bacon buttys and even provided 20 cigarettes for the two that smoked as they said they had none. The 2 lads that worked absolutely grafted to within an inch of their lives despite the derogatory insults thrown at them throughout. However, the guy “running” the show, who was obviously the one that was getting the cash, despite not lifting a finger was awful. My other half felt that bad he started helping them move, for the job I’d paid to cut him some slack. Anyway to cut a long story short, the gaffer decided to do a runner with the cash before finishing the job. I highly doubt his workers would have done this but they didn’t call the shots! When I complained to my original contractor, I was met with abuse, told wasn’t their problem that I’d been charged more and actually threatened with police action because I’d stated I was going to, quite rightly, dog his company and warn others then actually accused me of being racist. I asked him who I was racist towards as there were 2 white guys and one black guy, this guy I spoke to throughout and worried about him being made to carry such heavy equipment. When I responded with the fact I had ring and hive footage of everyones conduct, I was met with more threats. This company is good for picking up single white goods etc, please do not book them for your home removals, you will regret it. In another note, one of the 5 star reviews for this company was made by the actual hardworking gaffer mentioned in my review. Do not trust this company at all!

Amazing service today, moving from one house to another. Your work was 10 out of 10. Genuinely nice people, nothing was broken, our things were in great hands. Thank you guys for a job well-done.

We used Home Removals Limited only a week ago the Lads were great very polite and professional. Turned up on time worked really hard. And went the extra mile by putting everything were we wanted it to go. Could not be happier with the service . Even gave them a tip to get themselves a drink . Well deserved. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the near future. 10 out of 10
