Recently bought a property in Bournemouth area through Homer estate. The team led by Michelle is absolutely great, they know their business, always prompt and honest and overall a pleasant experience doing the business with them, I'm sure the sellers found the experience the same. I'd hope to do the business with them again in next couple of years.

I’m currently renting a 2 bedroom bungalow from homer estates and I can honestly say it has been great. I met with michelle when the property became available and she quickly got everything sorted for me so I could move in within a couple of weeks. The whole process went very smoothly and the property is lovely. I tried renting from other estate agents but they refused to allow children to live in their properties but homer estates had no issue with it at all and for that I’m very thankful. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent as I feel they go the extra mile for you. I also had a small problem with my boiler a few months after moving in and I called the office and spoke to Paige who quickly arranged for someone to come round and take a look for me, the issue got solved very quickly and ever since everything has be great. Highly recommend.

Very nice talking and loads of promises from James Payne all resulting in zero outcome. Agent and company even did not bother to inform us when seller pulled out of sale . Do not deserve even one star.

I am unable to reply back to your comment below. I never said Michelle Homer it was Michelle Mansi I was dealing with. I’ve got proof of emails I sent to Stuart Homer 10 November 2020 saying he will look into this and will contact me back. I never had a reply from anyone at Homer and Pardy or your solicitors. Also Bcp council have sent me proof of letters they sent to you requesting information from Homer and and they never received a reply from you. I will be posting the emails from Stuart and letters from the council confirming all of this. Homer and pardy before the company closed down were at the same address Homer estate is now and also I was dealing with Stuart homer who works for your company, so if the same staff are working for the company this does reflect on this company! ‘There isn’t anything on our system to show that details was ever submitted after the planning application was approved in on the 6/5/2015.



Our enforcement officer wrote to the developer on the 16/9/2015 to request pre commencement condition details as work had commenced. A further letter was sent on the 5/4/2016 to remind the developer to submit the condition details and nothing was received. The only other correspondence I can see is a letter sent on the 21/10/2015 as the S106 contribution was outstanding’. Awful company and as usual I will always warn other people of the service I received from you.
