I have used this site for 3-4 times, but the last time was a really bad experience. After getting tricked by a guy on the platform, I have realized that:
- when issuing a request, all the interested providers can see your name and phone number without picking them up -> lots of phone calls from folks you do not want to discuss with. That's bad, really bad, because it helps malicious provider rings to try to trick folks.
- providers can use fake names, actually only the phone number if verified
- there is only an e-mail address to write to, but no reply came back
- I got a phone call from an Italian number after a while. I did not answer because it seemed suspicious and got an SMS from a shortcode (cannot reply) about the fact that I could not be contacted

Very poor customer experience. Avoid!

The company send me at home some people totally unprofessional. Moreover the price ofer from site was doubled by that people that come to my home and they asked me some money for transport but on the site this amount was not specified but I paid that amount. I did a complain on this site homerun.ro but they reply with an answer that me need to solve that situation, unprofessional from them. A normal site should take care of feedback and work to change the people behaviour that were sent to repair my windows or no more sent them if that behaivor can not be changed.
