I had Jan&Co Cleaning for End of Tenancy.
First they were late then they sent a young girl on her own that couldn’t speak English and never came with any Hoover.Mop. There should have sent at least two people to do the job. She was they 6 hours and the place was still dirty. I complained and ask them to send more people as I was moving out next day and and they just frighten me about paying the bill and kept contacting me. In the end the letting agency had to provide the cleaner company and I lost my deposit. They are known as giti avdalova Do Not Use Them it’s a scam

He is Mario builder very good man he knows everything about construction he do all me work in my house floor paint. Bathroom. He fix my kitchen. Doors good job I like him!

Do not use this company,Bad service and very rude Operations Manager Sophie, how somone lik this can be on position 🙄🙄that means something about the company.

I opened the app and paid in £200 to buy leads and test the app for my cleaning company. Wasted the money. The jobs they post either don’t exist or they sell it 50 people over two weeks period. Needless to say I quoted many jobs super cheap to prove it’s a scam and not one call back. No refunds, no one to call, no jobs won and the money is lost. Big scam. Stay clear. Wardieh Taylor.

All rip off workers wanted a simple job doing which would take any handyman about 2 hours it's redeculous that got two phone calls with quotes one wanting 300 hundred pounds the other wanted 500 what sort of people are they vetting on this site just scamming people

I am Professional Decorator working maybe with 4-5 Different platforms I decided to make Registration in Home Run unfortunately they don't even have Fhone number I never see something like this.
They cgarge all of us money for receive job Leads and They can't spend money to employ 1 person to answer the fhone when we need any help.
Also Leeds are expensive compared to others platforms Generally I am happy that I am not start working with them.

We Mr and Mrs Agrawal got our first new home. We didn't have much experience in UK as to how to get the new home refurbished, where to get carpentery, painting, flooring, tiling ... work done . Luckily, by God's grace we came in contact with Mr Heera .Trust me he took every possible responsibility of ours on his shoulder . We just gave him our requirements and date on which we wanted to shift in our new flat. To our astonishment he and all his team members worked late evenings and got things done beyond our expectations.

pls double check before you book homerun handman , sumeet handyman directly called and we booked him for work he spent 7 hours and did two hooks in the house and two mirrors mounting which were done wrong, he claimed he knows work ,upon arrival he said he dusnt know how to put up curtain poles. he charged us 150£ and the painting he put fell on my daughters head!... please dont book him his work his horrid and he wasnt even sorry ... he had no clue of what he was doing and was asking us questions all the time .shamewe booked him and he insisted on payment

I had an incredible experience working with Reza from Homerun. He was very professional, patient, and he pays attention to details.
He was always ready to answer questions and offer help and he made our house moving stress free. I would recommend homerun, also very affordable.

No one there to answer my questions. Website questions not relevant - product (super stretchy lids) awful - I wanted advice on how to use as even with two of us they were impossible!

I employed carpet fitter - Ali Imran and his team to lay 100 per cent woollen carpets for a new house in Herefordshire
I contacted him on Saturday and by 3 am on Sunday morning all the first floor was laid

Things were going reasonably well for months, until they made a mistake and ignored my request to refund the small amount of money they overcharged me, when they selected the wrong grocery item.
When the deliveryperson comes, there is no time to go through the £70.oo of groceries and refrigerated items that I ordered on-line at HomeRun plc.

The impression is that there are too many people handling the food items ( not literally ) and so, no one can take responsibility nor be blamed for any mistakes.

In fact my order of Red Salmon was substituted with inferior Pink Salmon, even though, on the order form, I wrote to be careful to select the higher value product, not to make a mistake, with any similar item ( the pink salmon ).

Yes, even after telling them prior they both ignored that note and ignored my complaint.
My complaint included a photograph of the wrong item and their website picture of the item I selected.
Shocking.
All very pleasant staff, NOT RUDE but shocking as they did nothing when I contacted them three times about it; including an email to the supposed general manager.

I am starving at home here but can't rely on them to bring food.
