Aside from the fact that I couldn’t find an instruction manual on how to mount the safety guard for door openings there were no problems whatsoever.
Delivery was on time and to a pick up point in my vicinity. The item arrived without damage and without excessive packaging material.
It is sturdy and of good quality. Upon contacting customer service I promptly received a reply including a pdf-document containing the instruction manual.
While the delivery of the item was overdue, the product came as expected and met my requirements
My feedback to the company is to investigate ways to inform customers if there are any delays in shipment since i found communication really increased after my first trust pilot review and it meant a lot since i could plan accordingly to ensure my under 2 child is safe in bed while we wait for this product to arrive

Excellent customer service. Due to popular demand they didn’t have the two gates I ordered in inventory, but I received timely notice and opportunity to exchange my order for another model. The exchange was fast and very professionally managed. Fantastic customer service.
