Scam. Only received half of what I ordered. Took 5 weeks for my part order to actually arrive. What I did get was poor quality. Have tried to contact them for a refund multiple times but never get a response. DO NOT buy from these scammers!!

Complete scam sent for a large dog bed they sent one that resembled a Russian hat terrible communication with them offered 6 pound I paid a lot more said it couldn’t be returned luckily I paid PayPal got some back avoid this company

Ordered authentic looking and walking top dogs off Facebook by a company called Cuaver. Was sent after a month or so 2 stuffed cheap dogs. Was responded to by both Cuaver,com and Bolethe Rosing whose email different than Cuaver. Both responded with almost identical message and asked me to accept a portion of what I spent. A real scam!!

This outfit is a big scam,never order anything,call police department and go get the bas.....Ordered little drone, got the piece of s... without the controler.It,s going to the trash bin.$32 bucks in a toilet.

One star is to much they are a scam . I ordered a large dog bed on offer received a small one. Sent it back was told i didn’t need to , then told the return address was china and I wouldn’t get a refund how they make money from people is so wrong. I will never see a dog bed so if you see them advertising on instagram don’t be fulled don’t order

Tried to give zero stars! This company is a scam. Stop do not purchase. This company is not advertising in Facebook as Sprucehot a New York company in the UK!

I am turning in a fraud claim to my bank and broke the news to my grandson whose heart is totally broken.

Ordered 2 electric go carts, a blow up grinch and 20m of christmas lights

I received no go-carts, no grinch, and a string of 1m christmas lights

Seller claims what I have received is worth 90% of what I paid and will only refund the postage. They're also asking me to pay the return postage for what I have received despite this being against the consumer rights act.

We are still in dispute, but this is a scam to get the money up front then try and muddy the waters as much as possible when it comes to debating a refund

Do not order from Homesde, they do not send correct item then they do not respond to emails, you can claim back from Paypal. for your payment ....SCAMMERS. AVOID

I too have just received a small plastic dinosaur toy obviously not in any way remote control. Have tried to contact both seller and company homesde. received no replies. Dont use this company.

I ordered what was being advertised as a remote control dinosaur including a hand set but the item I received was a solid figure dinosaur and no hand set, I contacted both Homesde and the supplier but I never received any response, I have now contacted PayPal and awaiting their response.

I still have not received my order or number and you taken £43-17out of my bank ,you have not given any emails to when I get order or money back ,you do not give any telephone numbers so I can not get in touch email you do not answer ,so please email me when I will get money or goods,ms d Howard.

A follow up from my last review, I have now received a full refund from PayPal, for the so called RC dinosaur.
I am still sending all the information I have about this company to Trading Standards with photo evidence of what was ordered and what arrived.
I will try to keep you posted on what happens

Ordered a remote control dinosaur and when I received the parcel it was a cheap plastic dinosaur that I could of bought from a cheap shop

Was meant to be a remote control dinosaur for my kids for Xmas got send 2 small dinosaurs

It's a con, don't do it! Refusing to give me a refund for the plastic dinosaur they sent instead of the remote controlled one.

One star is too much. Ordered the remote control dinosaur for grandson on 3rd October, cost £19.99. Nothing arrived. Contacted PayPal and case is being investigated. Today a piece of cheap plastic crap arrived. Sent photo and details to PayPal and wait with baited breath. Total rip off merchants. Steer clear.

UK trading address, UK email customer service. . Place an order for 2 large beds. several week later one small arrives. You can have a refund but only if you return incorrect item to China! which will cost more than I paid for the item. They of course would refuse to accept delivery, then claim no to have received it, so no refund.

bought and and paid for 450 piece socket set received 1 screw driver worth nothing after waiting 6 weeks the con is they make it impossible to get your money back unless u post to china...im already out of pocket. And here is the proof its a scam......RECIEVED THIS TODAY.Dear Customer

Remote controlled velociraptor is nothing but a £1 plastic 4 inch kids toy. Total scam. Claiming full costs via Paypal

Just recieved my remote control dinosaur that my grqndson seen, was sent a small plastic dinosaur instead, which i could have bought in a shop and had the same day for alot less, 1 very disappointed grandson and 1 very disappointed grandma.
