A not so smart company, stay away!!!
We made the mistake of purchasing three devices from this company, and every single one of them was defective. Not one worked properly. Their solution was to keep replacing the units over and over again until the warranty period conveniently ran out. Once the warranty expired, they immediately started charging us outrageous service fees.
The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) seriously needs to investigate this company. Their products are massively overpriced, and the exact same devices can be found on Lazada and Shopee for a small fraction of the price.
Their so-called “smart” devices are anything but smart—they are unreliable and poorly made. What’s even worse is the terrible after-sales support. From the misleading marketing, to the incompetent technical support, to the frustrating service process, the entire experience has been a disaster.
If you value your money and your time, stay away from this company. This has easily been one of the worst customer experiences we have ever had.
