Unfair damage claim $600

We experienced an unfair damage claim from “Olive and Salt” Mornington Retreat which is under the group of Homes For Holiday. We received a message from the host 30 hours after our checked out, they claimed that we accidentally damaged the cupboard and drawer and need hold up AUD600 deposit for repairing. I believe this company is a scammer and need to file the case to consumer council!!!!!!

Despite our efforts to clean up, living the house in a tidy and respectable state, the hosts made outrageous claims about our children trashing the house and demanded $600+ charges. The kids aged 2,4,6 and 7. the exaggerated description of turning the house upside down is outrageous!
