Firstly, the customer service folks were lovely and so helpful as was the fellow who came to collect all my sensitive documents and old laptops. The follow up was good, too, as I received an email with all the information about the shredding of my documents and so on. Great service - I'm so relieved to have a reliable firm take care of this for me.

Homeshred made everything so easy. We bought 10 bags as we are moving and had years of (unnecessary) paper work to get rid of. Once we had filled them we arranged the pick up date, the man turned up with his trolley on time and took it all away. We used 7 bags in the end but will make sure we keep the paperwork down and get Homeshred back at some point. It’s such a good feeling now it’s gone!

We recently used HomeShred again and cannot fault their service. I made a mistake when booking my collection and they were so helpful when rearranging.

The process was straightforward start to finish. The EcoShred sacks arrived within 48 hours of ordering them; arranging pick-up of sacks was just a few clicks on the website; the driver arrived punctually to take the sacks away; and the certificate of destruction was received the following day. The overall cost was very reasonable too. I would definitely use HomeShred again. Thoroughly recommended !
