This Company is very poor value for money.
The work was done efficiently and well in one day but the cost was very excessive for the work involved. Feel it was daylight robbery.
There was no justification for the price charged.
I recently had some external insulation work done by a company registered as Owlhomesolutions.The price charged was somewhat excessive and although I received performance guarentees for the materials used no actual work has been guarenteed Since completion a problem has arisen with damp ingress down my chimney. I pointed this out to a surveyor employed by them whose reply was it was rain coming down the chimney pot the solution put a cap on it.This I did but the matter has got worse and on contacting them the only reply was they did not send a surveyor, it was not their fault and despite promising to send a representative out 3 times to discuss rectification no-one appeared and they are now no longer going to consider sending a representative or tradesman to repair the render (which should have been checked before the coating was put on0
The customer service and any work warrantees are non-existant and .I would advise anyone to avoid employing them.
