I had three windows fitted by some really nice fitters who did the job well for me with no mess. I needed to speak to the manager about my handles which have come loose and all of a sudden I cannot get hold of them? I wanted to do the rest of my windows. Their website details are incorrect and the number does not work? Neither can I get hold of them via their emails ? The owner never got back to me when he promised to either. It seems based on other reviews that they have now gone?

They charged me for a job to which they never finished. In June 2022.

This company is now in administration, conveniently looks like they opened another company 'EcoReflect Windows Direct'

My previous review and others have for some reason been removed. This is a fraudulent company who now goes under Ecoreflect. They will take your money and either do a really bad job or just keep the money. They have tired to have my review removed for their new company. Do not use them unless you are willing to loose all your money

Had good communication with them . On one occasion I had to phone for them to come and check one of my doors that was not closing correctly. They attended to the fault quickly. I have tried to phone recently with no success. Have been told they have gone out of business and have set up a new one. Would like to know the name of the new one . Then I would be contacting them .

After completing checks on this company unfortunately after I was disappointed with the installation. To say it was in unprofessional is an understatement. This company also trades as Homestyle windows installation and are a fraud. The staff are rude and the manager who calls himself Adam is actually called Abdul and the so called director is called Amar naff, appropriately called naff. They are frauds, they advertise direct finance with novuns when they no longer offer this facility. Trading standards or some sort of governing body should investigate them because of there practices and what they advertise is false. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
They will also ask for the deposit to be transferred to their bank account so as a customer your deposit is not protected. Also the window I was shown was not fitted. Any positive reviews are made up as far as I am concerned. This company is a joke like the manager and director and am in process of communicating with trading standards regarding this company due to there false advertising and practices and procedures.
