Total scam please do not use them payed for a retro hand held game player on the 12th dec still no delivery or tracking advice false company

If you go on the website & put in the reference number it just says not recognised.Only fair to update my review
Soon after my review I got an email from Homesup with a note to say goods had been dispatched,I ordered the items on the 6 /12 & the item arrived on 12 /01 & the items are as described,it’s just a shame they could not recognise the reference no when I chased up & also there is no mention of how long delivery will take

Warning this company is a scam, no emails regarding my purchase so no tracking number and unable to log in. Please do not use them

Been waiting for weeks and weeks ordered my hubby a hand held game heard nothing since I paid for it not going to be getting it for Christmas at this rate thanks for nothing Homesup not even replied to my emails

Do not buy from this sham of a company who I have since purchasing a Santa Clause sticker for £14.99found out are n based in China
Sticker was tiny and only worth about 50p.
Picture on Website prior to purchase suggested that it was a massive 3D Christmas decoration which would have been a centre piece on our garage door

Do not use. It’s a scam. Cheap Chinese products bear no resemblance to description on site. Tried contacting but been ignored. No way of getting refund. Now past the 14 day return policy.

Wrong and misleading product.

Arrived broken and took 3 weeks.

Do not use this company. They seem to be based in the uk but are based in china . The marketing is misleading and the quality is extremely poor/ avoid

When I ordered the dress I was worried as reviews on claimed that the dress did not arrive on time. However, in my case the dress arrived on time three days before my event. I was also impressed by the service as I received an email asking for my measurements. The dress fit perfectly! Great first experience, would order again!

The dress we ordered when we received everything looked great until my daughter tried it on with shoes and it was uneven. We asked if it could be fixed and we were told it was too short of notice and they wouldn't do it. They suggested we take it to a local tailor. The quality of the fabric was very poor. I'm would not recommend staycees. Shop at a local mall or dress shop.

Absolutely amazing! I loved the personal email asking for specific measurements to fit me. When I received the dress I was left speechless with the care in the packaging, fit, comfort and overall appearance of the dress.

My daughter fell in LOVE with the dress online. We were a bit skeptical about ordering one online, but were thrilled when it came. They deliveried 2 months later, its too late!

Shipping was easy and quick, I bought my dress a month in advance just in case and it came in two weeks,it fit really nicely and the communication about my dress was lovely.

I chatted with somebody on the website to get an idea on the color and fitting of the different styles and dresses which helped me a lot.

One of the straps felt longer than the other though so I decided to tuck it in, overall it was great!

The dress came and was more beautiful in person. When i went to put on the day i cried thanks so much for making this a memorable day for us.

The ordering process was quick and easy. I ordered a custom sized dress. It came 45 days later and fit her perfectly. The dress was gorgeous and exactly as we had hoped. But late delivery!

My daughter's dress was absolutely gorgeous! She got so many compliments. I highly recommend them!

Timing on delivery was not right when they said it would be. The dress was beautiful. We're completely satisfied.
