Price/ quality very correct

Rich selection of various accommodations for different prices. Quite easy-to-use website. Payment choices exclude Paypal but allow for e-banking (without credit card). I didn't like to receive an email from another company that had advertised the accommodation and from a further company as a contact on the place.

Booking and payment is very easy.
Unfortunately the adress of the appartment is incomplete, and no details about the handover of keys.
I asked for the missing details, response is still pending.

Honestly, this is my first time to reserve an apartment by homtogo.
Up to this moment the bill was the only thing that was a bit complicated and nothing else.

Hassel free booking

Once we decided which Apartment we wanted, the booking process was easy and fast. I appreciated being informed that I received a Buchungsauftragsbestätigung and not a Buchungsbestätigung yet. So I could wait proceeding with the other bookings. The final booking confirmation followed asap and contained all necessary information on what the booked service and Apartment included and how to proceed.
