Excellent management

I’ve been working with Home to Host for several years now and the experience has been consistently excellent. They’ve managed my property professionally, proactively and with real attention to detail.

Occupancy has remained high and they’ve consistently achieved top-market rents while maintaining the property to a great standard. Communication is clear, transparent and fast — I always feel fully informed.

If you’re looking for a hands-off, high-performing management company that genuinely understands the short-term rental market, I would highly recommend them.

Unpaid Work Using Home to Host Details

I am sharing my experience to raise awareness and encourage due diligence.

I was hired for a remote role after being presented with contracts and documents stating that Airhost+ was associated with, or operating under, Home to Host LTD. These materials included Home to Host LTD’s business name and registration details, which appeared legitimate and influenced my decision to proceed.

I completed the agreed work in good faith. However, when the scheduled payment date arrived, I did not receive compensation and all communication stopped. After further investigation and speaking with others in similar roles, it became clear that multiple individuals experienced the same issue after being engaged through Airhost+ under the same claimed association.

At minimum, this raises serious concerns about how Airhost+ is representing its connection to Home to Host LTD, and whether this association is authorized or being misused. If the individuals involved are legitimate representatives, the lack of payment and communication is highly unprofessional. If not, stronger safeguards appear necessary to prevent the misuse of Home to Host LTD’s name and registration details.

This review reflects my personal experience. I strongly recommend that anyone considering roles or contracts involving Airhost+, especially those claiming links to Home to Host LTD, independently verify authorization, company relationships, and payment arrangements before proceeding.

Following our own investigation, we discovered that Airhostplus has been incorrectly using our registered company address on their Trustpilot profile. To be very clear, we have never worked with, communicated with, or authorised Airhostplus to represent our business in any capacity. Unfortunately, we have also received multiple messages from individuals who were similarly misled into believing there was an association, and we have consistently clarified that no such relationship exists.

We completely understand that your experience with Airhostplus was negative. However, as we are not involved in their operations, we kindly ask that you consider removing the review associated with our company, as it directly impacts a business that has no connection to the matter.

I worked for AirHost+ Home To Host as a…

I worked for AirHost+ Home To Host as a recruiter, starting on December 15, 2025. I completed all assigned work as agreed and was informed that January 15 would be the payment date.

As of today, I have not received my payment.

After the work was delivered, communication became inconsistent and unclear. Messages were frequently unanswered, and no clear payment timeline was provided. I later learned that multiple recruiters (nearly 10) were hired at the same time, and several of them reported experiencing the same issue—work completed, but payment delayed or no response.

My best experience in London!

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The photos don't do it justice - it looks even better in person. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. The decor was tastefully done, giving the space a luxurious feel. The amenities provided were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and convenient. Overall, it was excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

Terrible experience, unresponsive hosts

I stayed in a flat last week managed by Home to Host and it was an appalling experience.
The flat was in a terrible condition upon arrival. It had not been cleaned in a very long time, and there were stains and filth absolutely everywhere. The kitchen faucet was leaking and the toilet stopped working.
We notified 'Home to Host' and they were extremely unresponsive. Sent several emails and left a voicemail. Didn't hear anything back until 8 hours later where a cleaner contacts me to come to clean 'again' but needs the key. Her 'second' cleaning was ok but not great.
Spare yourself the terrible experience and don't book this flat or any other that is managed by the company 'Home to Host'.

A home from home!

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and if your a food person prime location for various types of international food, the balcony also gives excellent views of Windsor castle during the day!

The host was in contact whenever needed, I would definitely recommend.

The best property management experts!

Excellent service received from the team at Home to Host, I have given them my one bed flat to trial serviced accommodation with and I have not been disappointed. Have had the place booked at full capacity for the past 3 months and earning almost double what I would if I treated it as a single let.

I do not deal with the tenants, nor do I have any contact with them. The team at Home to host have allowed me to be 100% hands off while earning more from my property.

Cleaning service is excellent and effectively equal to 'room service' in a hotel, the cleaner comes once a tenant leaves and does a full sweep of the property, replaces all amenities including towels, bed sheets, soap etc.

I've received a login to an online portal where I can view how much my property earns and what dates are booked. Super easy to get a clear view of what is going on and what my earnings are.

Extremely pleased and highly recommend this team, absolute experts.
