We have an older boiler, stopped working. Hometree, got it fixed with new parts in a short time. Great communication and service

Very competent, experienced and thorough service.
The engineer was extremely well prepared and had extensive experience and knowledge of how to service the boiler and the gas fire.
He was also very helpful with advice and tips about when and how will be the time to replace the boiler.
He dealt with everything quickly, but thoroughly.

Home tree is the worst homecare and…
Home tree is the worst homecare and repairs service I have used in the last 20 years.
For a very small repair job, they sent 4 different subcontractors who could not change a 150mm PVC pipe. I work in the construction industry and could have done it myself but thought, hey I am covered so I’ll let them do this, only to realise this insurance company ( yes hometree is an insurance company) has incompetent sub contractors who do not know what their doing. I though. British gas was bad but Hometree takes the crown. They pretty much don’t do the work so your loss is limited to the donations you make to them monthly on direct debit. At your own risk ⛔️

Policy Renewal
I rang Hometree to renew our policy and the agent, Zoe was very helpful and gave us a reduced monthly payment rate than what we were originally paying. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.
