The product arrived beautifully packaged and wasn’t damaged at all. It was exactly what I ordered and I really love it. It added a wonderful vibe to my room! I recommend it.

We ordered a fairly expensive piece of furniture that was delivered in July. We were out of town and did not open the box for several weeks after delivery and discovered that the table had sustained damage. Homeyfad was very helpful and responsive and offered us options including returning the piece or getting a partial refund. Customer service was timely and professional - overall a very good experience with this company.

I ordered a lamp in the form of an airplane for my son. I couldn't find anything similar on other sites for a long time. The quality is excellent, the lamp is metal. The installation was not difficult, my son is simply delighted with such a gift.

After diligently searching for just the right entry way table I located one on line at HOMEFAD. At the time I purchased it I didn’t know anything about this company and didn’t notice that it was coming from China and would arrive in thirty working days. I was supplied a tracking number to keep track of each destination.
After the boat arrived in California I kept checking the tracking number. To my dismay, the table was delivered to Maine, and I live in South Carolina. I thought to myself “Oh Boy, what have I done”! I waited a couple of days and contacted customer service. I was then sent a different tracking number, and the table arrived within the promised time. However, when I opened the package, the table was damaged. I contacted customer service and told them about the damage. They advised me to take pictures and e-mail them to them. They immediately sent me a choice of either getting a refund or receiving another table. They also sent me a code to be used on my next order. What started out with me wondering about “the slow boat from China” being a mistake turned out to be no problem at all. The customer service was wonderful to work with and always responded to my e-mails as soon as possible. All I can say is “Thank You” for taking such good care of me.

I have a light fixture from this store. It is so good! I get a lot of compliments on it. It is very good quality. Highly recommend this company!

Very stylish and functional light fixture! HOMEYFAD impressed me with the quality — the combination of wood and metal looks both elegant and modern. The light is soft yet bright enough to illuminate the entire room. We installed it in the living room, and it instantly transformed the space — it feels warm and cozy now. Overall good. The products arrived intact, seem to be made of decent quality materials, and went together easily. The legs are not perfectly level, but I can deal with that. The tracking was a little bit challenging at first because it was not in English, but Support corrected that for me and while it took a little bit of time to get the product to the US, I always received good communication from the company when I reached out. Overall, this is a positive experience and I got what I expected to receive

I absolutely loved my light! I intended it to go above my sink. However, once arrived I wanted it more in my living room. It’s definitely more of a center piece for a larger area :) it looks traditional so and fancy and expensive! The gold is gorgeousssssss. I would definitely buy from this company.

Just was excited to be able to purchase the items!

The chair we ordered is super cheap quality. Definitely not worth the price. Picture makes it look really nice and a decent size but after receiving and assembly it is reallt cheap materials, hardly any padding and is really small. Absolutely regret buying. If they were US based I would absolutely go through the trouble of returning it.

I am hoping the bar stools are the right color red for my kitchen. They certainly look perfect in the pix. 🤞
