I placed an order in July 2025 and have not received any goods to date. At first, they kept putting me off and told me that the goods would be delivered by October and then by Christmas. From then on, they stopped responding to my emails altogether.

I placed two orders for two sets of tracksuits in May. We are now in August and both have now finally arrived. Funnily enough, when the first tracksuit arrived, (2 months after the order), it actually was good quality. Such a shame it is then that HfP cannot get the customer service aspect of running a business at all right.

I would only ever order from here again if their customer service, delivery time and transparency actually improved, which is a big shame as the one tracksuit I did receive is of good quality. If you do buy however, I'd recommend opting for the smaller end of the size guide (e.g. if you are 180cm tall, get size M rather than size L, and if 170cm tall, size S rather than size M) as it does fit rather baggy.

Big scam. Almost 6 months since I placed an expensive order and nothing.

Ordered Christmas presents for my son. Spent a lot of money . Haven’t received order and no one comes back to you . Absolutely disgraceful.

Please please avoid complete SCAM!!! They take your money and then you will not hear from them again and you can email them as much as you want you not get a reply!!!

I ordered a hoody in June 23 and to date have not received the goods or a refund.
They continue to ignore me after telling me they tried to make delivery but as we weren't in they took it to our local post office.
There was no record of delivery, no email advising it was in transit and no record at the post office.
No obvious email address on website and the 'chat' doesn't work
