Great rate and worked through the holidays!

My husband and I found the perfect little home in the middle of December 2021; right before the holidays. Never having gone through this process we were skeptical and scared of the unknown road ahead of us. Our biggest concern were the upcoming holidays and ability of the lender to get all the paperwork lined up within that 30-day escrow period. Little did we know that we had a great team working with us. Pete and Alanna jumped in right away explaining the process and making us feel that our home mattered. Not to mention that their rate beat all others we considered. They always responded promptly to our questions and were one step ahead of us even through the holidays. My sister gifted us money for our new home as a Christmas present which put a huge red flag on our file a week before closing. Pete and Alanna helped us through this bump as well and we closed on time. We highly recommend both of them, simply amazing!

Kudos to you...Homiro team

Kudos to you...Homiro team, not only did they excel at every level of walking me through step by step in my home buying journey. There journey is so well thought out, from the financial set up to making sure I don't go house broke, to shopping with uber-esk type of showings. Homiro has this sweet offer where they give 50% the commission back to me so I can use it to cover my closing costs. However This competitive LA market was so crazy, that I used the money to give it to the seller/listing party but it worked thanks to them. They even helped me with real estate knowledge and got me a sweet deal with there lender partner First American Wholesale Lending. I really appreciate it guys! Keep up the good work.
