Mattress is 3 years old and is now lacking any support and the springs rub together so noisy that they wake me up. It was not cheap so I am hugely disappointed.

My mum ordered a mattress from AMAZON and it was fine and SO comfy so I went to their direct website to order a mattress, they took the money & sent me a confirmation email but I heard nothing. I sent multiple emails and then messaged on Facebook & Instagram and had automated responses offering me a 10% off coupon but no actual responses to my message asking about my order!

After a month of no information I’ve had to file for a refund from my credit card company and order a mattress elsewhere!

So disappointed and SO annoyed!

Ordered and paid for a mattress three weeks ago.
No shipping update.
Sent three emails - no response.
No telephone number.

I love my mattress. So comfy. But communication from the company awful. Didn't answer my emails and the mattress just turned up. I wasn't given a delivery date as promised. Good job I was in!

Do NOT order from the HOMYLINK Web site. They are a Chinese company using various agents to distribute their products.
The agent our order dealt with DID NOT deliver mattress even though we had a confirmation email order number and date of delivery.
No response from emails to info etc or a mobile phone number.
Worse was that they fraudulently tried to prevent a PayPal refund by trying to offer just 10% of purchase price.
I suggest using Amazon Prime for any Homylink product.

Very happy with the mattress and very happy with the service.

I am fuming - I have been scammed. Do not part with ANY money on the Homylink.UK site. You will NOT be sent your order or offered any form of redress

WHY....

Prior to purchasing, I read reviews on line, only one review stood out which was a customer who stated he had awaited 45 days! and no sign of the product however, all the other reviews seemed fine . Plus I had the best sleep ever, at a relatives home on the GILIA Hybrid 1000 pocket sprung mattress(double)So, I desperately wanted the mattress and that's what I had made a purchase on!

The mattress was purchases on 25th May and funds taken out 26th May. On the 30th May I received an e-mail that the mattress would be delivered by 9pm . The carriers were Kitty-Store! No delivery!. the following day I received an email stating the mattress had been delivered at 11:54! no card or where it was delivered- prior to the delivery I was NOT informed the communication by the carriers was diabolical no telephone calls etc or phone calls prior. Just shady and unprofessional

HomyLink provided me with a logistic Amazon tracking number which worked on the site that HomyLink provide and showed delivered and no other info that's when I became a tad suspect.

I went on the Amazon 'official' logistic site the tracking number did not exist or recognisable
I decided to contact Amazon 45 min communication with customer service who checked with logistics and lodged my concerns. I was informed Amazon do not provide logistical tracking numbers to 3rd Parties, they were NEVER had or supplied the shipment nor aware of Kitty-Stores the carrier named by Homylink. Kitty-Store were uncontactable and supplier a generic message basically informing you to go Amazon logistic . I was devastated by the information I was given by Amazon customer service. I was clearly scammed.

I took the matter up with Eunice, who appeared to be the customer service rep for Homylink.uk.co. she seemed quite illiterate and provided poor customer service
Her correspondence was poorly written hence, me having no faith on HomyLink services! just shambolic

This was her reply that I copied and paste from the email she sent me- what do you think?

'Is that possible the item was received by your family or neighbor? Sometimes the courier will deliver the items to otherwhere and we couldn't know.

Hope there will have good news.

Words fail me, I am gutted to be scammed like this . I thought ordering from the HomyLink.Uk site would be fine.

Eunice and no other HomyLink personnel have contacted me either offering a replacement or a refund when I highlighted I had communicated with Amazon and that the tracking info was a farce and there could not have been a delivery in the first place because Amazon were NEVER involved in the Shipment

The communication with HomyLink has gone silent.

Anyone on a tight budget like me and read reviews. Please take note of mine.

I am hoping that shareholders or HomyLink representative will make a favourable response!

I worked hard and saved hard only to be scammed!

Bought for my son who was sleeping on a saggy mattress in a rented house. Only had it for a few days but he is delighted, says he’s having better sleep than he’s had in a long time and back pain is improved. I did a lot of research when buying this mattress and so far it has paid off.

Where's the mattress that I paid for it a week ago?
I've got a reference number to track it that it doesn't match or recognise any where from carrier or logistics companies 🤔.
I have no clue where is it and how long it will take?
I bought it because it says 2 working days delivery later on I come to know it's not from UK/ locally.

The mattress is comfortable and meets my expectations. Fast shipping. I recommend🤗🤗🤗

I ordered my new mattress on Thursday and it was delivered the following Tuesday, so I'm very impressed with my delivery time.
It was wrapped up well but we managed to unpack it without causing any damage. It's now settling down before we sleep on it.
I must confess, I was a bit concerned when my PayPal payment appeared to be going to a Chinese or other Oriental company as the Website gave an address in Ipswich. I thought I may have fallen foul of one of the many firms that appear to be in the UK but are not and you end up waiting weeks or even months for delivery.
But, my fears were unwarranted.

As yet, I am unable to comment on comfort but it certainly looks great and well made.

Ordered the mattress directly from their website. It was delivered as promised, very well wrapped and is so comfy. We had the single version for our daughter and decided it was so good we would have one too!

The mattress is not like a pillow as discribed, it is a little firmer then that, but still has a good comfort to it. Considering it’s price I am happy with this mattress.

I also have paid for a mattress from their website, they got the money but no update on my delivery
