Worst customer experience in a long time

Not only do they filter their reviews so that you don’t see true customer experiences. But this was one of the worst customer service experiences. I’ve had in a very long time. I placed an order two weeks after Black Friday. The website allowed me to place the order the entire time it said that it would be 3 to 5 day delivery nowhere. Where did it say that there were colors that would take longer or that they were sold out out of anything. But a day after I placed my order and they took my money. They sent me an email that said that they were on backorder from Black Friday.(in this day and age they should’ve made that notation on their website being that it is the digital age and everything can be done with the click of a button and they have no excuse for allowing two weeks to pass and not updating their website) they gave me two options pick another color or wait 3 to 5 weeks because it was on backorder. Never once did they offer a financial compensation or offer to refund my money. But it’s fine because I really wanted the couch even though I placed the order when I did thinking that I was going to have this couch well before Christmas so that we could enjoy our first Christmas in our new house and have a place to sit to open presents. But we waited three weeks then five didn’t get any updates and I finally reached out after five weeks asking when I was going to be getting my delivery because I hadn’t gotten any updates despite them telling me in that original email that they would keep me up-to-date. And they were past their 3 to 5 week window. They apologized and said that it was going to be at least another week possibly two and they would update me as soon as they knew it was in their warehouse being ready to be sent out and offered me a free pillow. That two weeks came and went never got any updates reached back out to them really upset because they were not keeping up their end, they did not update me and they kept going past the deadlines they gave me. They apologized, said that according to their system that it should be being sent out in the next few days and offered me yet another pillow. The next day, I received an email from FedEx with nine different packages stating the days in which they were going to be delivered and they started coming in. There were no instructions. One of the boxes that was supposed to be delivered stop showing movement and never showed up the eighth package also stopped moving and never showed up. FedEx said that the first package that didn’t show up was actually never sent and that I needed to reach out to them. To which I did, I asked them why they did not update me that that package was not sent even though they had a label created for it and a tracking number created for it why I’m not getting updates without prompting it first and I set the expectation that I wanted the missing packages expedited. They look through their system and declared that the first missing package had been lost in transit. The eighth package did finally show up that one had instructions granted I had already gotten seven previous packages and had to figure out how to put it together without instructions. The second pillow, they promised me never showed up and out of frustration I asked for some financial compensation. I also asked for a return label for the lost package that eventually was found and sent to my house to which they denied. They made it my problem to have to dispose of a whole section of couch because they refuse to take it back even though my order ended up being eight weeks after the initial order that was supposed to be a 3 to 5 days delivery if they’re so backorder, why didn’t they take that back and fulfill another customer order with it? But instead three Force of what they gave me in a return I had to pay somebody to come pick up this couch and haul it away because I don’t have a vehicle big enough to dispose of it nor will the garbage man take that big of an item. And then to top it off, they had the audacity on two different occasions to gaslight me and tell me that they kept me up-to-date and tried to downplay the chaos that they cost. The couch itself is extremely firm a little more firm than my liking, but I’m hoping that that just means that it will last longer. Overall, it does seem to be a good quality couch, but if I had to do this whole thing over again 10 out of 10 would avoid this company.

Very trustworthy company

I had a very positive experience with the company. I bought a couch with them. It was beautiful and super comfortable. Unfortunately it did not match the style of my living room. It wasn’t a matter of size because I measured, but more the style that didn’t match. Although I loved it, I returned it. They made it really easy to do a return even though there was no issue on their part. I definitely would buy again from them and recommend them.

The packages didn't arrived together

The packages didn't arrived together, so it was a bit of trouble for me. However, this doesn't effect the fact that it's a fantastic couch. My husband and I have even taken to sleeping on it occasionally, and we've been surprised by how comfortable it is.

Childs short for me

Amazing quality

Easy to put together. the color is very nice. Firm and comfy, but the backs and arms are flimsy; they need to be against the wall. Overall, the sofa is ok.

Sectional sofa looks nice

Sectional sofa looks nice. The unpacking is very difficult if you're doing it alone. but assembly is easy. Customer service was very good. One armrest was broken, but they quickly sent me a new one.

Just received my new couch yesterday

Just received my new couch yesterday! Putting it together was a breeze, everything was included, clear instructions and I was able to do it alone (41 year old, female) it’s exactly as described and I love the way it looks and feels! Firm, yet comfortable!

The service A+++++

The service was wonderful from start to finish. From making sure that I meant to order two of the same sets, to knowing where everything was during shipment, and even making sure that everything was correct after delivery.

Take a leap of faith

I was a bit skeptical as with anything purchased online if you cannot touch it or at the least try it out, how will you know it's the right fit for you?
