1 star is generous. I paid my money and gave a schedule for an appointment time frame. They scheduled when I said not to because we were out of town. They charged me again for missed appointment. There is no one to get on the phone and the AI bot just keeps saying I don’t understand. It took me all of three minutes to find someone within minutes of our house offering the same thing with a real staff and the cost is better. This company is a ZERO out of TEN. Basically, they did a pick pocket on me while I watched.
