Be aware that you will buy a product without a warranty! So hope that your product will last with no issue for very long time... I bought a coffee machine (high level) from this website and after non even 6 months it doesn't work anymore: after switching it on the machine turn itself off. The local distributor can't take my machine under assistance because not sold by them and also the machine is manufactured with features for different country (i.e. Germany).

I have ordered Kmix mixer and i paid COD the item delivered on time within 1 week and I don’t have to be worry about paying online, it was very good to experience

I don't understand the point of this website, their prices look fine not much lower than what you would see in other websites. They are not very active on social and the website looks basic. And with shipping… its just like purchasing items from a store… no saving whatsoever.

It took around 2 weeks for my order to get to me, I got a confirmation email but didn't get regular updates or a tracking no. via email. They do respond on what’s up and give you updates. They offer cash on delivery which is awesome!. If you found a product you cant get anywhere beside this website, you can order the product with COD just to be comfortable.

Ultimately, I am satisfied with my experience. I received my items and they do respond on whatsup. However I think they aren’t selling items for an optimum price, their shipping could be faster and they should provide tracking no.

Great service. Package arrived (in Dubai) notwithstanding the lockdown. I very much appreciated an email update I was sent which explained when it would fly to dubai, when it would land, when it would be processed and when it would be out for delivery. This was v reassuring given the strange times we are in
