They are scammers. Look at all the negative reviews they have. More bad than good. They get you to sign up with the promise of a free gift then send nothing but continue to take money each month. If you look at all the bad reviews you will see every answer is the same when they reply. Always a woman called Sarah who wont answer your calls and deletes your emails.

Our welcome offer is a free gift box, but we explain clearly that when you sign up for that you become a member of our club.
I can assure you that we have no way of deducting money from your account without your consent. As a club member, you get charged once a month, and then you get that same amount as a gift card that you can spend in our webshop. This is explained during the registration process, as well as in the terms and conditions, and needs your consent in order for you to become a member.
If you don’t wish to be a member of our club anymore, you are free to unsubscribe at any time.
We answer all of the emails we receive, and normally you’ll have an answer within 48 hours of contacting us. We never delete any emails we receive. Keep in mind that sometimes our answers land in the spam folder of the person we are contacting, and this is not something that we have any control over. To avoid this you can either add us as a contact on your email, to ensure that you’ll receive the emails from us directly in your inbox, or you can keep an eye on both your inbox and spam folder while waiting for a reply from us.

This company s advert said if I pay a one off payment of p&p of 0.99p they d send me a box of lots of different samples I signed up and when I checked my bank statement I'd been charged £6.95 each month for last 3 months I've had this money taken from my account with nothing yet received in samples in mail as yet I'm still waiting but not holding my breath for anything from them I tried to contact this company and left my phone number and contact details but still heard nothing from them I'm a single parent and money is tight now more than ever in theses times! Ive been left with a feeling of being very very very fleeced by this company and would not want this company to do this to any one else ! I thought I was signing up for free samples not a news letter subscription! !!!!!
I ve Never writen a review and never felt any need to moan and make a fuss ever !!! Don't think my voice will be heard here but people need to be warned to not give any of there detail s to this company is a scam hope this review wont be just cast aside !!!

Such a scam-they'll send you in a loop and won't answer your questions
I was charged after not receiving my gift box. I was told that my gift box needed to be redeemed (this is after I picked its contents and was charged 1.95-they said I would have needed to go BACK to the website and re pick everything to put into the box and use a code that was sent to me-it was never sent). A month later and I'm still trying to cancel the subscription but the link that they send me to to cancel says that my email and phone number aren't associated with a subscription but lo and behold, my card was just charged. So, visa is filing a fraudulent claim against this company.
*edited to add* Thank you for your robotic reply, but yes, I followed all the steps to receive my box. I have screenshots to prove it. I knew I was purchasing a subscription. When I went to use my monthly gift card I wasn't able to use it on 90% of the things on your website. When I asked to unsubscribe, the link you sent me didn't recognize my email or my phone number (and you clearly have me listed as a subscriber because I have text messages to my # that is supposedly not listed?) making it impossible to unsubscribe. When you call to talk to an agent, they send you an automated message that someone will text you back. They text another automated message with a link to an faq on what to do....which will send you to another link to email...they will email with ANOTHER link to unsubscribe, and that link will not recognize your email or phone number.
