I was supposed to receive 2 pieces and just got one only. And this was after a long waiting time. Not much of a piece of rubber. Doesn't worth anything.... Just lost some money. Avoid avoid avoid. Shame on them

Ordering is so easy, I wasn’t happy about being continually offered other products though. The order is in £ and then turns into $ at checkout but the transaction has gone through my bank in £.
I’ve only just ordered so we’ll see how long it takes. I’ve bought previously so I’m happy with the product.

I would not recommend it, and their money-back guarantee is not actually 100% true. You pay for it to be shipped back to China, which costs more than the product itself.

Well, I have attempted to get a refund for one of their products. I am happy to send back the product but they have 1) asked me to pay the shipping or 2) receive an $11.00 return---well under 1/5th the price paid. Plus they have asked me to send the device to Japan with "no return" placed on the label---sounds like a scam to me. Their online advertising describes a 100% hassle free return before 60 days. I was already communicating with them after week one of using their toxic product. I want a refund and I want others to know they are a scam company.

Placing the order was very simple. I couldn't find the estimated delivery date, though there is a chance I might have missed it. I hope the delivery goes smoothly as well.

I am really eager to find out if your product will in fact stop me from snoring and getting a full nights sleep. I am really tired in the mornings no matter how many hours I get. I can sleep easily 14-17 hours and wake up tired. I do have sleep apnea but still doesn’t seem to work. Saying that, if I go to bed and can’t get right to sleep, tossing and turning, I just take off my C-PAP. Really hoping your product works for me!!!!🙏🤞

I ordered the snoring mouthpiece under a “Buy 1 Get 1” offer, but only one item was delivered. This is clearly a mistake from your side.

Now asking me to pay shipping charges to receive the second item is not acceptable. As per the offer, I am entitled to receive both items without any additional cost.

Please arrange to send the second piece immediately without any extra charges. Otherwise, I will be forced to raise this issue with consumer protection authorities.

Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

complete scam. cheap silicone sold for >40$, shipped in a cheap plastic bag from asia. refund policy is a joke, you have to send it back on your own expense. don't buy!

I received the pkg and I think it’s no different than the ones my kids had for sports!! No instructions, no cleaning tips, just 2 blue mouth guards. It doesn’t say “top” or “bottom”. The two are not the same!! Poor choice for me!!!
