I love HoneyBook!

I love, honey! Before I used it, my business finances were definitely cluttered and it was difficult to keep everything on track with all my clients

I have an easy time with taxes at the end of the year just one click and everything gets sent to my CPA

Love the work flow, hate the bugs

I love honeybook - it has kept me sssoo organized over the years HOWEVER I feel like the app loads extremely slow as of recently. The email feature will glitch and cut out parts of my email once I hit send. If i have just spent time quoting a client, me having to rewrite my email takes away time that I could be doing something else. Additionally, I have seen a lot more error messages that result in me having to refresh the app over and over. If I am being honest if I found another app that had similar feature but less bugs I would switch. Please clean up the app.

Very messy invoicing

Very messy invoicing and clients can see each others cc numbers if they are collaborating and I constantly get error messages. Invoicing totals don’t update on the app properly. It’s just very messy

Honeybook has been so worth it for me…

Honeybook has been so worth it for me and my business. My client experience is more streamlined, it’s user friendly, whenever I’ve needed to reach out to customer service, they’ve been quick and helpful. Their system is perfectly set up to track payments, files are easy to create and send, and all of their integrations are amazing. 10/10 recommend.

We started our floral business in 2022

We started our floral business in 2022, and after doing a lot of research, we took a leap of faith and chose HoneyBook and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for our business.

Since then, the platform has evolved so much, and it’s been amazing to grow alongside it. As our team has expanded, having everyone use HoneyBook seamlessly has made such a difference in how we operate.

What really stands out is how much they genuinely support small businesses, you can feel it in everything they build and offer.

Honestly, I can’t compare it to any other software. It’s been an absolute game changer for us 🤍

HoneyBook helped me become a solo op

One tool for everything admin

I kept jumping from tool to tool to handle my clients. HoneyBook has replaced quite a few of them, particularly all the admin stuff (contracts, invoices, etc.).

I’ve been using HoneyBook to manage my…

I’ve been using HoneyBook to manage my clients and workflow, and it’s been a game changer for staying organized. Everything I need contracts, invoices, payments, proposals, and communication is all in one place, which saves me a ton of time and mental energy.

The platform is really user friendly and looks professional on the client side. Sending proposals and contracts is smooth, and getting paid is easy and seamless. I especially like the automation features they help keep things moving without me having to manually follow up all the time.

HoneyBook also makes me feel more legit and put-together as a professional. Clients know exactly what to expect, and the process feels polished from start to finish. Overall, it’s helped me stay organized, save time, and focus more on my actual work instead of admin tasks.

I’d definitely recommend HoneyBook to anyone who wants to streamline their business and elevate their client experience.

Slow to load and navigate, lacks customization in truly helpful areas (project pipeline, etc.), and difficult for client use. With these major and unaddressed pain points, it's hard to justify paying the largely increasing prices to stay loyal.
