I love the product and easy access to support for replacement parts. The ever product upgrades do nothing but make my experience with the hive, honey extraction and ease in hive management a wonderful experience. When one cares this much about the survival of bees and well thought out products for those trying to help then it's worth the investment in a Flow Hive. Hooked from the indy go go. Sincerely, a happy customer and repeat purchaser.

My Flow Hive 2+ Scratch & Dent experience was great. Speed of delivery was excellent and product arrived as described. Could barely tell this was a scratch and dent product...only a few cosmetic nicks. Went together with no problems. Highly recommend.

This hive is beautiful! It was simple to put together. I am a first time beekeeper and am just waiting for spring in the US to get my nuc to start this new hobby! All my friends that have seen my newly constructed hive want one for themselves now!

Thank you for your Q#A videos, I have learnt so much from them. I can't wait for the holidays so I can watch live and perhaps even ask a question or two. I am only 5 weeks in but recognised it when I needed to feed my bees (confirmed by a local bee keeper) and thanks to your videos) it is very different seeing the drones and drone brood with your own eyes. I am glad I jumped into beekeeping.

I have 4 flow hives in northern New York. Since using the flowhive over the last 2 years I haven’t accidentally killed any bees at all compared to traditional harvesting methods and I’ve noticed my bees are much happier and less stressed when harvesting the honey. Thank god for this amazing product! It should be illegal to harvest honey any other way, because this product puts the bees safety as the number one priority . So thankful Cedar and his father invested this genius safer way of harvesting honey! Thank you flow hive.

Customer service was incredible. My product was damaged and a replacement piece was mailed to me immediately without hesitation.

My review regards the beesuits and customer care. Firstly in a year of wearing the beesuits I have not been stung through the suit. The mesh construct also keeps me cool on hot days compared to standard beesuits. The icing on the cake is the excellent customer care I received after an issue with the hood. The response was prompt, courteous and with a very satisfactory outcome. One very appreciative customer.

This is a follow up on my previous review posted 2nd June.
I am very pleased to report a prompt efficient assistance eventually provided by customer service. The hive has finally been delivered today with little time to spare to assemble and settle the colony.

Why would anyone buy them at that price, I’ve been looking at Flow Hive 7 Frames from the UK website and they would cost £415, looked into the prices from overseas and this was the result (from honey flow websites);

The flow hive is a nice bee box. One thing that would greatly help is if the flow hive company put the boxes together. I’m not one to use nails screws and glue. I’m sure there are other people that feel the same way! For the money you pay, in which i paid one thousand dollars for mine, there should be some kind of assembly done already.

Poor quality with the Cedar 6 Frame, part of the broodbox panel didnt fit correctly and a chip on the roof. For the price thats being charged you would expected a premium product. Delay to get replacement parts is unacceptabled as well.

Misleading marketing targeting people with zero beekeeping experience thinking that a Flow hive is some easy way into beekeeping because you do not disturb the bees.

Had a look on their forum and it is obvious that a lot of those that buy Flow hives are clueless and ill prepared for the inspections and commitment needed to keep bees.

The only thing different with Flow hives is the harvesting method, and you still have to disturb the bees to make sure honey is fully capped before you harvest because you cannot know from the little plastic window.

I ma really annoyed with the ethics of this company, posing as if they are some bee saviours when in reality most of their customers are increasing the chances of spreading diseases if they are not 100% vigilant.

I am by the way one of the original crowd funding supporters and bought two hives but wouldn't have bought if I knew about the way they were going to conduct their cheesy marketing.

I'm not a supporter anymore.

Poor quality control. I paid four times as much to get the original from Flow not the Chinese version.

I had a lot of issues with poorly made wooden ware. The Flow frames sagged with the weight of honey and leaked on the brood box and queen. All the wires came loose.

Queen excluder is made of the cheapest plastic similar to the eBay ones. Within a year it broke apart and am lucky it didn’t let the queen up laying in the flow frames.

Very disappointed with this purchase and should have taken the advice of beekeepers more experienced at the bee club that all recommended against buying a Flow Hive.

Their marketing is highly deceiving.

The FlowHive from HoneyFlow is the most important invention in bee keeping since more than a century in all the world!
Merely watching their demonstrations is a joy, surely much more nothing can compete with having the experience yourself when you tap honey without any centrifuge or wax scraping!
Also very informative educational material online available in social media on their high quality products!
